Last night was so memorable!  Honoring our seniors was bittersweet but we are going to focus on the sweet part and remember everything wonderful they have done for our program.  Seniors - we cherish you gals!

Also, our local club, Mount Si Gymnastics Academy brought their level 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 girls for an amazing exhibition.  What a wonderful group of talented little girls!  Thank you so much for coming!

We broke the 170 barrier again!  So excited for post-season!

Last meet of the season is both a home meet and SENIOR NIGHT!  Please come and share in honoring our wondering group of senior ladies.  Meet begins at 7:00pm!

Good luck girls on your finals!  Study hard!  make sure you are eating healthy, drinking lots of water, and getting enough during these stressful time so that you don't get sick.

In light of finals week, team dinner is cancelled tomorrow.

1.  We have 14 people that wanted to compete beam!
2.  Maggie, Pauline, Mackenzie, Hailey, Jenn, and Elizabeth 
     stuck their routines.  WOW!
3.  Pauline swung her bar set with 2 bar changes.  It was her 
     first time in a meet and she did great!
4.  Floor was out of this world!  Career highs for Hailey, 
     Pauline, Carissa, and Jenn!

Lets keep this momentum going!

Welcome back and Happy New Year!  My new year resolution for the team is to stay healthy and have a good run the last half of the season!
1/8 - Practice
1/9 - Practice & Team Dinner - Spaghetti Feed
1/10 - Meet @ Bellevue High School vs. Liberty.  Bus will leave PROMPTLY @ 4:15.  
1/11 - Practice

Wednesday - Practice and Team Dinner!  White Elephant gift exchange - this will be in place of the competition day Secret Buddy gift exchange!

Thursday - Mount Si vs. Interlake @ Mercer Island.  The girls need to be @ the high school to take the bus to Mercer Island by 4:15.  The bus leaves at 4:30!  

All gymnasts should have their Pay to Play fee of $200 turned in to the finance office or a payment plan worked out with the finance office no later than the end of this week!  We still have some missing
